"Today our house had water cut for nine hours because of a renovation thing."
The cut was announced in notes on door and elevators already a couple of days before the date.
Note: "Please note, water will be cut on 9th of July, 2015 from 9 am to 6 pm because blah blah"
I prepared pretty well.
Three buckets for flushing the toilet.
One bowl for washing hands.
One and half liters for drinking.
But then I got called to work.
"Well, it is almost nine, I better hurry up."
[Washing machine noises from upstairs neighbour]
Me thinking: "I wonder how neighbour's laundry is going to turn out? Water will be cut soon."
